Finotive Funding has one of the clearer legal pages among mid-sized forex prop firms: the terms identify a DIFC company, group entities, simulated-account definitions, reward-payment definitions and governing jurisdiction. The limitation is equally explicit: the service is a simulation and contractual reward product, not brokerage, investment advice, deposit-taking, custody or live execution by Finotive Funding.
